At Kent Reliance, we’re always striving to support and promote community spirit, so we’re incredibly excited to team up with Kent Football Association (FA) to promote its online Kent Football Show.

The show, which is jam packed with interviews, match reports and top goals from across Kent’s clubs and leagues, is part of the FA’s drive to create, grow and develop a game for all, across all communities in the county.

It’s hoped the two-year partnership will help to open new doors to fresh new perspectives and lead to the creation of a wealth of exciting content for the football community.

And the latest episode of the show showcases the talents of under-16 players from one of our other community partners, XL@Football!

Members of the under-16 team took part in the show’s ever-popular Crossbar Challenge during which they had to see how many times they could hit the crossbar from 18 yards out in one minute.

We’ve been sponsoring XL since 2021, during which time we’ve discovered just how much the game means to people. So, when we saw how passionate Kent FA is to develop the game across the county and all the incredible ways they are endeavouring to make the game accessible to everyone from all ages and backgrounds, we were eager to help them achieve their goal.

Find out how the girls got on by logging on to https://www.kentfa.com/about/kent-football-show or visiting the Kent FA YouTube channel.

Jonathan Couch, Kent Reliance’s Head of Communities Impact & ESG Communications Specialist, said: “We’re a passionate supporter of our local communities and we’re delighted to form a partnership with the Kent FA, building on the work we already do with grassroots sports across the country.

Being headquartered in Kent, supporting the Kent Football Show is a fantastic opportunity for us to help Kent FA build strong, inclusive communities, improve health and well-being and drive gender quality across the county – something we’re also passionate about. We look forward to working together and building a successful partnership.”

Daryl Haden, CEO of Kent FA, added: “We’re excited to embark on this new journey with our friends at Kent Reliance. This strategic alliance not only strengthens our commitment to innovation, but it also signifies a shared passion to create, grow and develop a game for all, across all communities in Kent.

We look forward to working with the team, getting them involved in the Crossbar Challenge, and shining a light on our incredible Kent football community.”
